1. Overview

InfoFlo is an AI-assisted expert network for institutional investors. Our platform scopes topics with AI agents, schedules and records expert conversations with consent, and delivers transcripts plus synthesized insights. This outline describes how pilots work, what we deliver, and where to get help.

2. Getting Started (Pilot)

• Access: We provision user accounts for your fund/team per the Order Form.
• Scopes: Submit topics/goals in the analyst portal (website); the AI Scoping Agent refines targets and questions.
• Expert engagement: InfoFlo coordinates outreach. Calls include a recording preamble and consent.
• Delivery: We publish transcripts and synthesized takeaways in your workspace.
• Support: Email support@infoflo.com for help; typical response within 1 business day.

3. Deliverables

• Time-stamped transcript
• AI-generated summary with key takeaways and source references

4. Use of Outputs

Outputs (transcripts and AI-generated insights) are for your internal investment research only. Redistribution, resale, public disclosure, or using outputs to train external models or build competing datasets is not permitted without InfoFlo's written consent.

5. Security & Privacy (Summary)

• Security: InfoFlo uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we process.
• Incident notice: We notify customers without undue delay after confirming a security incident affecting customer or expert data.
• Privacy: Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy; recording occurs with clear consent and preamble at the start of calls.
• MNPI: We do not seek or permit material non-public information. Customers and experts must follow applicable securities laws and internal policies.

6. Data Location & Sub-processors

InfoFlo primarily processes data in the United States. We use vetted service providers (sub-processors) for hosting, transcription, analytics, and support. See the live list at: trust.infoflo.com/subprocessors

7. Retention

We retain pilot deliverables based on your agreement and legitimate business needs. We may keep limited operational records to comply with law and audit requirements.

8. How It Works (Flow)

• Input → Define objective & scope
• Targeting → AI agent proposes expert archetypes & outreach list; customer can approve or edit.
• Interview → Expert consents; call conducted by AI Interviewer and transcribed.
• Synthesis → AI synthesis agents produce takeaways.
• Delivery → Outputs published to your workspace; notifications via email or in-app.
